Guinane Change Consulting are skilled in 360 degree feedback which examines the Emotional Intelligence Competencies associated with outstanding leadership. This process is called the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) and examines each of the behavioural competencies from a holistic perspective.
From the ECI assessment a detailed development plan can be designed and targeted to meet the particular needs of the individual whilst complementing organisational outcomes.
The 18 competencies included in the ECI directly relate to the Senior Executive Leadership Capability Framework and as such can be strategically incorporated into a targeted training plan at an individual level.
